From the clinical examination and the X-ray alone we can estimate whether to expect a simple or a more complex extraction.
In every case we work to spare the surrounding tissue, because its condition is crucial for the replacement that follows — whether that is an implant or another solution.
For more complicated cases we call on an oral surgeon, but we weigh up every case individually and stay with our patients throughout.
