FAQ

We answer all your questions

We've collected the most common questions, so everything is clear before your very first visit.

Visits and appointments

1 What happens at the first consultation?

At the first visit we carry out a thorough assessment: if needed, we take an X-ray and photo documentation, then talk through your treatment options with you in detail. We then prepare a personalised treatment plan for you. Our goal is for you to be able to decide how to proceed calmly, with all the information in hand.

2 Where is the practice, and how can I get there?

Our practice is in the heart of Budapest's 11th district, on Bartók Béla út, in a quiet, green inner courtyard. You can easily reach us by car or public transport — there's a tram and bus stop nearby. Parking in the area is paid, but you can usually find a free spot without much trouble.

3 How much notice do I need to give to change or cancel my appointment?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so if you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This lets us offer the slot to other patients who are waiting for care. Please note that, as set out in our Terms of Service, a standby fee may be charged for the reserved treatment time if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or missed.

4 How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by phone, by email, or in person during our opening hours. You'll find all our contact details under the Contact menu.

Fees and payment

1 How much does a treatment cost?

The price of treatment depends on the type of procedure. At the first consultation we give you a detailed quote and answer all your questions. You can also find our current price list on our website at any time.

2 What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment you can pay in cash or by bank transfer. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to choose the latter option!

Treatment

1 How can I prepare for treatment?

Before treatment you'll receive detailed information about any preparation needed. In general, we recommend eating a light meal before the procedure, and bringing any earlier medical documentation you may have.

2 When and how will I receive my treatment plan?

On request we can also send your treatment plan by email, but you're also welcome to go through the whole plan with us in person, at a second, free consultation.

3 Do you offer aesthetic treatments?

Of course! Veneers, smile design, crowns, aesthetic fillings and teeth whitening — we offer everything that can make your smile more beautiful and more confident.
