My professional path
I am Dr Rita Marton, a specialist in oral surgery. I graduated as a dentist from Semmelweis University in 2009 and went on to qualify as a specialist in dento-alveolar surgery.
I know that many people are apprehensive about oral-surgery procedures, so it matters a great deal to me to ease that fear and make sure everyone feels safe and calm during treatment.
What I do
In my field I provide complete oral-surgery care – from wisdom-tooth surgery through implants and bone grafting to gum-plastic procedures. In periodontology I treat inflammatory diseases of the gums and supporting tissues – for example with closed curettage – to help keep the structures that hold your teeth healthy.
- Implantology – replacing missing teeth with implant-supported crowns, bridges or removable dentures.
- Bone grafting – rebuilding the bone volume an implant needs to anchor securely.
- Gum surgery – aesthetic and functional correction of the gum line.
